Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Methods and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates. They vary with your location and with factors outside our control, such as carrier delays and customs.

Rates

Shipping is charged on the weight and dimensions of your order and the method you choose. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees, import duties and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the parcel to your door.

Digital products

All digital eBook sales are final. Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an eBook has been purchased and delivered.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@mhepublisher.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will sort it out.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
